Europastry has renewed its well-known Dots range introducing a new addition using Nocilla’s filling. This new flavor of sweet treats is aimed at both the Horeca Channel (hotel, restaurant and catering) as well as bakeries and patisseries.
Following its strategy of constant innovation, Europastry extends its partnership with Nutrexpa (Nocilla’s Food Group owner) to introduce this Dot filled with a generous helping of authentic Nocilla, with a half chocolate flavoured coating and decorated with hazelnut pieces. With this launch, Europastry increases the range of Nocilla products among which are the Nocilla Tûlipes and Mini Tûlipes.
With Nocilla Dots, Europastry extends the consolidated filled Dots range with flavors like: cream, strawberry and choc. The Dots are extremely practical, as you only have to thaw them and they are ready to eat, as if they were freshly baked. The Nocilla Dots are sold in bulk (in boxes of 24 units) and they are made without coloring or artificial additives and no partially hydrogenated fats (Trans fats).
Europastry expects to close this year with an annual production of 400 million Dots. More than one million units a day are currently produced at the Rubí plant (Barcelona). Dots represent 30% of pastry turnover and is one of the brands with which the group is staunchly committed to increase its growth in both the national and international markets.
